by Chris Miller, visiting assistant professor, Turner Teaching Fellow,
will be displayed at the Museum from June 4 through September 26,
2008. A closing reception is planned for September 18th and is open
to the public.
Miller was born in Hawaii in 1977. He received
a BFA from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000. After graduation
he was a post baccalaureate student at Southern Methodist University
in Dallas, Texas and at California State University in Long Beach,
California. He received an MFA from the School of the Art Institute
of Chicago in 2005. He taught at Olive-Harvey Community College
in Chicago for a year before accepting the position at Alfred. |
